Sexual Assault Legal Services WA (SALSWA)
SALSWA is a partnership between Women’s Legal Services WA (WLSWA), Aboriginal Family Legal Services (AFLS) and Ruah Legal Services (RLS). Each organisation focuses on delivering services tailored to communities at particular risk.
RLS specialises in support for victim-survivors of sexual assault who identify as male and/or as LGBTIQA+SB. We are dedicated to ensuring people are given the right legal support to understand their options and navigate the court process.
RLS is a Rainbow Tick accredited service committed to the provision of trauma-informed legal support that recognises the complex ways sexual violence can impact victim-survivors.
Our SALSWA team work collaboratively to provide an integrated legal service to victim/survivors of sexual assault, ensuring coordinated, wrap-around legal and psychosocial support.
